Profiles and People Search

In the analysis of open source repositories, we've made it easier for you to view the public accomplishments of your contributions to an open source repo, such as highlighting skills, feature-development milestones and the impact of teams to these public repositories. Individual profile and company pages highlight the accomplishments and impact of these contributors.

People Search

It's easy to get quick updates from anyone in the team. Just search for a coworker in the People Search box in the left-hand navigation, and you can quickly pull up their profile, recent work and commit summaries, skills, and general metrics. It's a great way to stay connected, and learn more about recent work and expertise.

You can also get a quick view to the last year's accomplishments, and managers can get instant coaching advice based on their code, designed to help people grow and improve.
